Artist's Comments
Just a fanpiece based off of a character from Amelia Atwater-Rhodes' Kiesha'ra series. I didn't put it in my formal gallery because it was made by mostly playing with stock photos. I just thought it might be interesting to see what these characters might look like in real life. For the time being, I'm mostly working with demi-form stages. More to follow (maybe)...
Anyway, back to the piece. Oliza is daughter of Danica Shardae and Zane Cobriana. Her mix of hawk and serpent blood give her the form of a 'wyvern'. She is the heir to two thrones that were recently at war with each other. If you're looking at this, you probably know the whole story already so I shall not waste anymore time here. Enjoy. Note 04-03-2006: Took my little brother's advice and finally moved this out of scraps. These little distorted pics are things I mostly do for fun or to just mess around. So I don't really think of it as a finished deviation, but oh well. Horay for stock photos. |

Can you believe that Amelia made her fall in love with a she-wolf?! It's drivin' me nutz! I read the book last night and I love the characters, but why did she have to make her mate with a SHE-WOLF!

And technically no one knows for sure whether a child between Oliza and Nicius would be able to control his or her magic or not. There's a fair chance that the two magics, being polar opposites, would keep each other in check. However, you'd have a child that could weld the powers of Elc and Mehay and would be the biological heir to the avian, serpiente, and falcon thrones. Basically it would be a super being and that's what Araceli is most worried about I think. She doesn't think the child will handle such power responsibly.
Ah, but we shall see eh? ^_^
